DEPARTURE

  • Departs at 08:30 from your hotel in Bath or from Bath Spa train station. Your guide will meet you 15 minutes before the tour departs.
  • Surrounding locations will be accommodated but may incur an additional surcharge.
  • Once you’ve booked your tour, your chosen pick-up location will appear in the emailed booking confirmation.
  • At the end of the tour, you will be dropped off either at your hotel or a location you prefer
  • Tour ends in Bath approximately 6.30pm

  • Bath to Burford via Lechlade-Upon-Thames – transfer time 90 mins

Visit Burford via Lechlade-Upon-Thames
Stopping at Lechlade-Upon-Thames for Photo Opportunities, this is the first Navigable point on the river Thames, within fifteen minutes drive is Burford, we will enjoy the beautiful High Street for refreshments and a guided walkabout, we will visit the church of St John the Baptist known as the Wool Cathedral.
  • Burford to Stow on the Wold  – transfer time 15 mins

Visit Stow on the Wold 
This idyllic market town, famous for its honey-coloured stone houses and interesting shops to visit.
  • Stow on the Wold to Lower Slaughter – transfer time 5 mins

Visit Lower Slaughter

Lower Slaughter has recently been named the prettiest village in England and it’s easy to see why. A village trapped in time, where wonderful photo opportunities await you amongst flower-draped cottages, romantic footbridges, and an idyllic water mill nestling on the banks of the River Eye.

Escape the crowds and wander between Lower and Upper Slaughter (weather dependent).  This tranquil corner of the Cotswolds is like walking through a picture postcard and will surely enchant you.

Have lunch in the charming country Inn, where you can sample local dishes, enjoy a pint of ale or maybe treat yourself to a decadent cream tea.

  • Lower Slaughter to Bourton on the Water – transfer time 10 minutes

Visit Bourton on the Water
This idyllic village is famous for its honey coloured stone house and is commonly known as the venice of the Cotswolds, enjoy some time wandering and sitting by the River Windrush with it’s beautiful low bridges. Delight in the quaint local shops, cafes and restaurants or visit the Cotswold Motor Museum.

Explore Bibury, possibly visit the Trout Farm and have photo opportunities at the stunning Arlington row.
  • Bibury to Cirencester- transfer time 20 minutes

Visit Cirencester
Visit the largest Town in the Cotswolds, see the 11th Century Abbey and explore the Towns Roman History.
  • Cirencester to Bath via Tetbury – transfer time 80 minutes

Visit Tetbury

Tetbury is the current home town of HRH Prince William who is now Duchy of Cornwall and the Princess of Wales, formerly the home of HRH Prince Charles and the Duchess of Cornwall. It was also an important market town during the Middle Ages for Cotswold wool and yarn. Enjoy exploring some of the town’s designer boutiques, antique shops and even The Highgrove Shop.

At the end of the day, you will be dropped off at your hotel, at the station, or agreed location in Bath.
